Gnocchetti Sardi from Divella are bronze-drawn pasta made from durum wheat semolina in the shape of small shells.
 This format, particularly popular in Sardinia, wonderfully absorbs the thinner parts of sauces thanks to its grooves and slightly rougher texture resulting from the bronze-drawing technique, while the indentation traps the chunkier portion. Their size makes them ideal as a soup garnish or a wonderful addition to salads, and they always retain their crispness.
